10月17日，第一财经电视《解码财商》栏目播出上海高级金融学院副院长、市场营销学教授陈歆磊解读平台的破绽专题，他在栏目中表示，政府监管的思路基本上是两个思路，第一增加你的管理成本。以前你没有到位的管理成本，现在我让你到位。第二，消除线上线下的不平等竞争，这是一点。所以说电商我们刚才也讲了，新的电商法。它可能只是个过渡产品，现在还不是够狠，但我相信将来的监管会逐渐的到位。
